About you:
From co-ordinating resources to developing detailed project plans, you’re used to ensuring that your team delivers projects on-time, within scope and budget. You have 5 years of experience within operations management, including setting up and maintaining agreed project management methods, standards and processes.
You’re team focussed and enjoy motivating others. Whether it’s providing feedback or completing an appraisal, running a training session or staying positive when faced with challenges, you’re used to getting the best out of your colleagues.
Besides developing a team, you’ll be excited about exploring new technologies and approaches which can help our company grow and you develop your knowledge and skills.

About the role:
Overseeing our enthusiastic project management team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards. You will resource all our incoming projects, coordinating our internal team and third parties to balance our workload.
Working closely with our project managers, you’ll develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure we always deliver on-time, within scope and budget.
Whether you’re training and developing the team, exploring and implementing new processes and procedures, or supporting our company directors, you’ll provide fresh ideas and direction to our growing business.
Salary:
£35,000+
Pension:
1% employer’s pension contribution
Annual Leave:
up to 28 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays
Bonus Offering:
up to £3,00 per annum (plus additional ad hoc bonuses)
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week
