About you:
We’re looking for a confident and engaging communicator with a diligent approach to administration. You’ll have experience in customer service or a phone-based role and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:
Supporting the Project Managers and the Senior Team, the primary role is to recruit research participants for client projects ensuring specification and quality standards are maintained. You’ll also be liaising with external recruitment partners, undertaking all associated administrative work and some of the project/event logistics. You’ll need to be able to manage your workload effectively whilst developing and maintaining strong internal relationships.

Salary:
£22,308 – £24,000
Pension:
3% employer’s pension contribution
Annual Leave:
23 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays
Bonus Offering:
up to £1,200 per annum (plus additional ad hoc bonuses)
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week
