Work With Us

Senior Project Coordinator

About the role:

Our ideal candidate will be zen-like under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and have strong admin skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment already and have at least 12 months’ experience in a phone-based role.

Working closely with our Project Managers and Project Directors, you’ll turn around a raft of projects to tight deadlines. You’ll manage your own workload, and no two days will be the same.

Besides the day-to-day telephone recruitment, interviewing and group interview scheduling, the Senior Project Coordinator will liaise directly with clients, running a small number of projects at any one time.

After the induction period you will take ownership of all project-related admin tasks, putting together daily updates that you will feed back to your clients.

Other boxes our dream project coordinator should tick are…

  • Microsoft Office literate
  • Team-focussed
  • Flexible and pro-active
  • Excellent communicator
