What information we collect

In providing us with your personal information in the form of your direct contact details, registering your name, your company name, and your company email address, you will then be provided with a password that enables you with login access to our panel books. You can provide your personal information if you wish, and access will only be granted on the basis that you have completed the registration details in full. In providing your contact details within the registration process, you consent to Roots Research contacting you directly for marketing of our products and services.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent and/or any other applicable legal basis, such as our legitimate interest in engaging in commerce and offering products and services of value to you. You are also consenting to the use of Cookies and similar technologies on this site.

Any consent you provide may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, though access to the panel books will not then be made available to you, nor will access be allowed where you do not consent to the use of Cookies and similar technologies on this site. Additionally, if you choose not to provide your personal information, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or with other support or responses.

Security Measures

Roots Research takes security measures in line with data protection regulations, to prevent data loss, to preserve data integrity, and to regulate access to the data.
