Working closely with our Project Managers, you’ll recruit participants and turn around a raft of projects to tight deadlines. No two days will be the same!
After your induction, you’ll take ownership of all project-related admin tasks, putting together daily updates that your project manager will feed back to their clients.
You’ll have targets and your successes will be recognised with monthly bonuses and career progression opportunities.
About you:
With a proven track record of managing projects with a short turnaround, you’ll already work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have at least 12 months of project management experience and strong organisational skills.

Alongside recruiting respondents, you’ll manage a team of co-ordinators, making sure projects are delivered on time (typically within 4 weeks) and to a high standard.
While running a number of projects at any one time, you’ll be in regular contact with clients – keeping them up to date and collaborating on any challenges.
As well as day-to-day tasks, you’ll be doing a bit of event management. This includes making sure all research participants arrive and take part, as well as handling logistics such as venue booking and catering.
About you:
Whether it’s overseeing a key account or building new client relationships, you’re an excellent communicator with a track record of working on large, valuable projects. You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in a project or account management role.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be running a number of projects at any one time – all with quick turnarounds (typically 2-4 weeks). From online surveys to intercept interviews and IHUT, no one client or project is the same! On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be recruiting respondents and managing a team of co-ordinators and recruitment partners. Alongside day-to-day tasks, you could also be doing a bit of event management. This includes making sure all research participants arrive and take part effectively, as well as handling logistics (such as venue booking product management).
Your regular communications with clients will ensure everything runs smoothly and any challenges are overcome together.
