To ensure the highest standards, all interviews and data processes adhere to the Market Research Society’s code of conduct. With call recording, live listening, and call-backs, we’re able to monitor performance levels and maintain consistency across the board.


After being assigned a research project, all CATI interviewers are thoroughly briefed, with the project aims laid out and interview questions discussed. Should a query arise, advice will be sought from the client prior to commencing the interview process. Afterwards, a dedicated project manager will review the quality of the sample list, the timeliness of the project and will resolve any issues that may have surfaced.
